How Do You React To Change?
Things work - 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩.
It’s how you then react that matters.

Which might work,

And find out what has changed with them.

➡️ Have they found a new, different, or better solution?
➡️ Have poor experiences altered their view of your company?
Know what’s going on with your customers.
And make the necessary changes to meet them where they are.
Remember, you can’t serve your customers well unless you know them well.
Don’t wait for things to get dicey or fall apart to engage with your customers.
Ensure your decisions and strategies are supported by fresh customer data and insights,
And ditch the opinions, assumptions, and guesswork.
