The objective here is simple:
✅ To verify that the overall experience your company aims to create for its customers - matches what the customer is 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 feeling.
Ideally, the customer’s description closely matches that of your team/company.
But meaningful divergences are common.
If your team’s 3 words are foundational to the company’s identity, it’s essential to know whether your customers agree with these words.
And if they don’t, you need to explore WHY.
These insights will allow you to make the adjustments necessary to better deliver on your brand’s promise. 🎯
