The 4 Customer BLIND SPOTS Experienced By Most Businesses

4๏ธโƒฃ Your customers perceive your business/product/brand differently than you think.

And the way to remove these blind spots? Customer research.

Without research, you're guessing. And you'll be wrong - a lot.

But you won't be alone.

Jeremy points out that many of the marketing leaders he speaks to lack basic clarity around their customers.

Many can't answer the most fundamental question of all:

Why do your customers buy (or not buy)?

It's important to realize that If you don't deeply understand your customers,

How can you expect to optimize your product and marketing?
